President Kagame welcomes President Museveni, President Salva Kiir and President Kenyatta to Rwanda for the Integration Projects Summit. The summit follows the 1st Tripartite Infrastructure Summit held in Uganda and the 2nd Tripartite Infrastructure Summit held in Kenya.
