Dar es Salaam. It is close to a year since
gospel artiste Rose Muhando signed an international recording contract
with Sony already there is something in the offing.
News reaching the Beat has it that the artiste has finally completed recording her first album under the label.
The album according to sources was produced in
South Africa by some of the producers who worked with the energetic
gospel artiste in some of her previous recordings.
“All we have done is that we have tried to stick
to the original Rose Muhando that fans know of, the only thing that has
changed is the level of production at both audio and visual,” said the
source.
The source adds that most of the songs have
featured collabos from across the continent in Kiswahili and some are in
other languages such as Zulu.
The signing of Rose Muhando by Sony made her the first high profile Tanzanian musician to sign for such multinational label. (The Beat)
